📦 USA Shipping Policy

1. Order Fulfillment & Delivery Time

  • We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 2–3 business days.

  • For custom or made-to-order products, please allow 5–7 business days for dispatch unless otherwise stated at checkout.

  • All shipments are handled by reliable U.S. and international carriers. Delivery times begin once the order leaves our warehouse.


2. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, delivery location, and shipping method selected.

  • International shipments (outside the U.S.) may incur customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


3. Tracking & Risk

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

  • Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order is delivered to the shipping address.


🔄 Returns & Refunds Policy (USA)

A. Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns if:

  • You request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • The item is unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable return service.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund (excluding return shipping) will be processed within 14 days.


B. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide:

  • A full refund,

based on your preference.

Customer Requirements:

  • Notify us of any issue within 14 days of receiving the item.

  • Provide clear photos or videos of the problem and packaging.

We will cover return shipping for faulty or incorrect items or provide a prepaid return label.


C. Warranty & Extended Rights

If a manufacturing defect appears within a reasonable time after purchase, we will assess the issue and may offer:

  4. Return the Item
    Pack securely, use a trackable courier, and keep proof of postage.

  5. Refund Processing
    Once we receive the item, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. Banking times may vary.


Non-Returnable Items

Unless the product is faulty or not as described, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Perishable goods

  • Items that have been used or opened where hygiene is a concern

  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
